This last weekend was just great! I got to hang out over lunch (and dinner) with three of my friends and got to stop by and visit with a family of friends! :) I missed seeing a few friends but will certainly catch them on my next trip through the area!
Also, being with my family is pretty sweet. I got to be in GW for a good little while and currently I'm in the Houston area with family.
Today, however, I'll be heading up highway 96 to go see some of my "African Friends" as I call them. There are several people I will visit there who have also traveled to Ghana (and other African countries). It's like we all have something that just runs in our veins that connects us all. It's more than just having 'something in common' but its difficult to explain. Can't wait to see them and spend a few nights there!
Then finally, I'll be back home in Belton! Hopefully my paperwork from Ghana will arrive in the mail soon!
